Northseaoiljobs.com is owned and operated by Media Plane Ltd.  Contact details and other details which you supply as an employer, and as part of the registration process are stored by us on our secure server.

Northseaoiljobs reserves the right to remove from our database, job listings which include any content that we consider to be illegal or offensive. 
As an employer you undertake not to submit for inclusion any job posting, any material which is illegal, defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, violent, discriminatory, obscene or sexually explicit.

Northseaoiljobs may at its own discretion, add to, modify, or discontinue service anytime.  Northseaoiljobs may terminate the client's account and any or all contracts and services with immediate effect in the event of material or persistent breach of these terms and conditions.

When you as the client create an employer profile and upload information to our site database, you are responsible for ensuring the content of your vacancy is accurate and up to date, and will indemnify Northseaoiljobs against any claim, loss, liability, expense or damage in connection therewith.
It is your responsibility to keep your password safe and secure, and to not disclose it to anyone.

Applicants' responses to your vacancies will be forwarded to your nominated email address.  The client is responsible for verifying the information contained in applicants' responses and Northseaoiljobs accepts no responsibility for the content of any such application.  In particular the client is responsible for verifying the applicants' indentity, work eligibility, experience, training and authorisations required by law or by any relevant professional body for the vacancy. 

All and any subsequent dealings with between the client and applicant in connection with responses to job vacancies on the site are the responsibility of the client, and Northseaoiljobs accepts no liability whatsoever therewith.

The client will comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation: The Data Protection Act 1998, the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, the Sex Discrimination Act 1975,  the Race Relations Act 1976, and the Employment Equality Regulations 2006.  The client shall indemnify Northseaoiljobs against any losses in connection therewith.

The client, if an employment or recruitment agency or business, will comply with the provisions of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Businesses Regulations 2003 and the Employment Agencies Act 1973 in relation to all vacancies posted on this site, communications with applicants and management of applicants' details. The client shall indemnify Northseaoiljobs against any losses in connection therewith. 

Northseaoiljobs cannot guarantee that the Website and/or the Services will be available at all times; the Website will be free from errors, viruses and/or other harmful applications; and the Services will generate any applications, responses or result.

All the content of this Website is copyrighted or licensed to us.  No part of the site may be copied or reproduced in any form without written consent from us.  The Client shall not reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, publish, transmit, distribute or in any way commercially exploit any material which is subject to any such intellectual property rights. 

Northseaoiljobs will not be held liable if you cannot access the Website or specific content on it because of failure, withdrawal or suspension.  We have the right to alter, suspend or terminate the operation of the Website, and any content on it, at any time.
